Meet Ross Wade,

Born and raised in Southern Indiana where life was farming and basketball. High school basketball state champion in 2005. Dropped out of Engineering school to pursue real estate! Owned a property management company and a construction business for 12 years and built over $10 million in real estate for investors and myself by the age of 26. Duplexes, single family customs, townhomes, multifamily, Class A self storage.


Founded Rj Community Builders in 2021. Shifted to only developing lots instead doing both development and home construction. Since then Sold over $22 million and Currently $60 million of lots under contract.

My ultimate goal is to build a team of 15 to 20 people nationwide that I can just continue to do more deals with — as a master group.
